Week One

So far the only thing that was really accomplished was figuring out a topic we wanted to talk about and build something for. The topic we ended up choosing was the topic of clean energy. Here we use solar energy and other methods to purify water in order to water plants in ways that would make countries who could not farm plants due to the extreme amounts of salt water. This process should be economically friendly, and should not cost much to run.
   Also for week one, a lot of research has gone into this topic and trying to figure out the best way to make an actual physical design for this process. So far the ordering and ideas have been done, next is just the best way to put everything together and making sure it works.
   Along with the researching, a lot of calculations have been put together to see how many square feet we would need in order to feed a lot of people with a certain crop, just to have a better understanding of how much everything would cost. As well as how much energy the solar panels need to produce in order for the process to run fluently without error.
